General information

These general terms and conditions apply to you as a consumer when you purchase products from our website www.mrandmrstannie.com. You must be at least 18 years old and have a receiving address in Sweden in order to purchase products from our website. 

When you have placed a purchase of a product on our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions, and an agreement is entered into between you and NewCo 8217 Sweden AB uät Mr & Mrs Tannie AB (org. nr 559348-5369). We can then confirm your order in writing and send you an order confirmation. We ask you to save this order confirmation in order to facilitate correspondence with us regarding your purchase.

“We”, “our” and “ours” in the text on our website refer to NewCo 8217 Sweden AB uät Mr & Mrs Tannie AB, Frösundaleden 2B, 169 75 Solna, Sweden.

Change of terms

We reserve the right to, at any given time, make changes to our terms and conditions. These changes will be posted online at our website, and the amended information is deemed approved in connection with you placing an order or visiting our website www.mrandmrstannie.com.

Damage and defects

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify your pickup point immediately upon retrieving the package. They have special forms for reporting damage. Notice of defects must be made via our contact form. Notice of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been detected, but no later than 6 months from the time of purchase. Note that you must save the defective product and its packaging until the case has been resolved. If the product is not in stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before any further action is taken.

Complaints

If you have received a damaged or defect product, please lodge your complaint to [email protected] as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. 

We will handle your complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and with the guidelines provided by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Sw. Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden ”ARN”, please see www.arn.se).

Kindly, understand that we truly hope that you are very happy with your product, but you are not entitled for compensation if the only reason for your complaint is that you are displeased with the product.

Limitation of Liability

NewCo 8217 Sweden AB uät Mr & Mrs Tannie AB is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors arising out of circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Examples of such circumstances include work conflicts, fire, war, authoritative decisions, delivery restrictions, or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any changes to product features that have been altered by a supplier or due to other factors beyond our control.

Governing law and disputes

If a dispute should arise that we are not able to settle together, you may as a consumer apply to ARN. NewCo 8217 Sweden AB uät Mr & Mrs Tannie AB complies with ARN’s recommendations in the matters they examine. You may contact ARN on their website www.arn.se or address: Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden.

You may report your matter on the online platform of the EU Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Further information about alternative dispute resolution in consumer relationships can be found at www.konsumentverket.se.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be finally settled by the general courts of Sweden.

Product information

We cannot guarantee that our website is free of typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that a product will always be in stock. We cannot guarantee that photos provide an exact representation of a product’s appearance, since colours may look different on-screen than they do in real life. Differences may also occur due to photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
